At Veloura Jewelry, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our return and refund policy is outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized, custom-made, or engraved jewelry.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


3. Return Process

  • To request a return, please contact us at velourajlx@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for an exchange request.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
